Polypropylene
Polypropylene (PP) used many industrial application due to its thermal and chemical properties, it has excellent chemical, moisture, high impact resistance strength, a low coefficient of friction, excellent electrical installation and is acid and stress crack resistant.
It has good long-term use heat resistance up to 180 °F and a melting point of 327 °F is it’s melting point. It is FDA and USDA compliant and low cost compared to other materials with similar properties.
Polypropylene comes in a variety of colors, textures, including perforated sheets.
Sheets are sized 48″ X 96″, 48 X 120″, and 60″ X 120″ in thickness ranging from .030” to 4” thick and rods range from ¼” to 8” diameter.
